The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that helps students explore STEM through hands-on projects, competitions, and leadership opportunities.
What is ‘Soulful Mentoring Circle’
A community-based mentoring program focused on spiritual development and personal growth, using music and debate as tools for self-exploration and confidence building.
Why I am pursuing this project (My why)
- I am a ‘Relationship Builder’ personality type person with strong ‘advocate’ business potential.
- I’m super passionate about helping young people grow through music, debate, and counseling. I’m working on a project to become a kid’s psychologist with a focus on spiritual growth. My ultimate goal is to help others realize their worth and find their own spiritual peace..

Skills USA – Skills USA offers opportunities in technical and leadership competitions that build consensus and practical skills, complementing the student’s advocacy and teamwork strengths.

TSA – Audio PodcastingThis introductory TSA competition helps develop storytelling, digital media skills, and creative communication—all essential for articulating the vision of the Soulful Mentoring Circle.
HOSA – Speaking Skills
This introductory HOSA competition focuses on public speaking and leadership. It builds confidence in conveying messages about health, well-being, and mentorship, aligning well with the community-based Soulful Mentoring Circle.
TSA – RoboticsThis introductory TSA competition promotes problem-solving and teamwork. The challenge fosters technical innovation and creative thinking, skills that can be translated into planning and executing community mentoring initiatives.
SkillsUSA – Project DesignThis advanced SkillsUSA competition emphasizes project planning and management. It is ideal for developing a structured approach to executing the Soulful Mentoring Circle by bridging creative ideas with practical implementation.
Community Service:
Soulful Mentoring Workshop
Why it fits: This community service activity directly supports the passion project by providing a platform to connect peers, share mentoring experiences, and apply skills from the competitions.
Implementation: Partner with local community centers and schools in zip code 30038 to organize monthly workshops. The activity will include interactive sessions, mentoring circles, and skill-building exercises scheduled during the Spring semester for optimal preparation.
